Mac users will need to open the download file to install Office. Windows users will receive a pop-up window that will provide instructions to install Office. The licenses terminate automatically if you leave the university. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more are available for offline and online use. NKU provides Microsoft Office 365 free for faculty, staff, and current students to install on personally owned computers, as well as phones/tablets. Microsoft Office products can be downloaded any time on an NKU-owned machine by the user through Software Self Service.
